Buzzily is an HR management and payroll app that makes managing your workforce easier, error-free, and more efficient. It comes with the backing of two of the biggest names in people and HR management in the country - Quess and Allsec. Buzzily aims to digitize all people related operations from hiring to payroll and beyond, unleashing the growth potential of SMEs. Buzzily puts their employees in charge of their information and empowers them, creating an environment of trust in the organization.

What I did

Buzzily was in the midst of a complete rebranding exercise and I was responsible for designing its website and mobile apps. My task included UX enhancements, design systems, UI improvements—and adding some new features too!

I redesigned the navigation menu by adding new features and categories, making it flexible enough to accommodate future additions.

Data display was not uniform. By standardizing templates for dashboards and tables, I made the information easier to read across the platform.

I worked on a few new features as part of the revamped experience. One was for employees to declare their taxes.
